Remove Patient Information When Sending Data

To provide technical support, there may be times when IsoStock support (Gillett Ltd) will ask that you export/send data.

Depending upon the organisation’s policies, it may be necessary to remove identifiable data before exporting.

From the help/send data screen, there is the option to select items to remove which include:

Compound names, sealed source names, patient names, staff/user names, audit details or only include setup data.

After selecting items to remove the data user can select from:

  • Place on the clipboard for pasting to email
  • Save on your desktop
  • Save in a specified location

The information you supply will be processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU & UK).
