The Nuclear Medicine and Radiopharmacy features of IsoStock are driven by ARSAC Procedures. This option is for configuring which procedures to use.
From the Setup option on the main menu
- Select ARSAC procedures
View a list of ARSAC Procedures
A list of ARSAC procedures is displayed
- Optionally Search for procedures by typing in the box
- Filter by All, (guidance document) Year or Customer specific
- Additionally, tick/untick to show Only show active
- Tick/untick to filter to show: Diagnostic, Diagnostic – PET, Therapeutic
View/Edit an ARSAC Procedure
- Highlight the ARSAC procedure to view/edit
- Select View/Edit this procedure
- If editing, click Edit
- Add/Edit Pharmaceutical
- Optionally enter an alternative
- Select an Override chemical from the drop-down or leave as Use Default
- Add interchange group if applicable
National DRL will default
- Add Local DRL
- Optionally, Add Typical manufacture activity (MBq)
- Optionally, Tick/untick if a comment is required when making a request
- Optionally, Enter a label, if required, that will overwrite the Comments field
- Optionally, Enter a dosing tolerance
- Select from a drop-down the disposal type either: enter during administration or select from pre-defined default disposal
- Select from a drop-down to allow entries to be modified or not allow or to allow extra entries
- Optionally Tick/untick to list at the top of drop-downs
- Tick to allow to be used for multi-dose vials, default pots or single dose (additional option to allow the user to select or default patient vial, syringe etc.)
- Tick/untick to mandate a patient name/number being required
- Tick/untick Investigation is available for new requests
