Dose Administration History

This option is for searching the administration history and producing reports.

Dose reference	unique reference of the administration
Date/time	date and time of the dose
Nuclide	radionuclide in the product
Pharmaceutical	pharmaceutical in the product
Patient number/name	patient number and/or name
Investigation	ARSAC investigation
Quantity	quantity administered
Activity	activity administered
From stock ref	reference of the product
Pre activity	measured activity pre-administration
Post activity	measured activity after administration

The list of administrations can be filtered by Investigation type, date period or by search for a patient name or number.

Highlighting any administration will provide further details in the bottom part of the screen.

Print This Administration

This option provides a printed version of the details of the highlighted administration. This can be exported to PDF or Excel.

Print Pharmaceutical Details

This option provides a printed version of the pharmaceutical production of the product with parent products, batch numbers, expiry dates etc.

Print ARSAC Report

This option provides a report of the data shown for reconciling ARSAC investigations. It is grouped by investigation and lists each dose administered under that investigation.

The reports are printable. (Columns may differ due to available print space).
