Order This Item
This option creates an order against a Radiopharmacy Request.
It is identical in operation as the Create a new order above, however date/time required, radionuclide etc. will auto fill from the Request.
Create Kit Order for This
This option creates an order for a kit for use to dispense a Radiopharmacy Request.
This is slightly different to ordering against the Request, as the product is received as a kit, and the kit later used to product the required product. This will eventually be represented as two items – the kit, and the product manufactured from the kit.
It is identical in operation as the Create a new order above, however date/time required, radionuclide etc. will auto fill from the Request.
View / Edit This Order
This option allows the user to edit a previously entered Order.
Delete This Order
This option allows the user to delete a previously entered Order. If this relates to a Radiopharmacy Request, the Request will still exist.
Check Limits at Delivery
This option allows the user to check the limits which may be affected by the delivery of items.
The limits are checked at the expected delivery date/time of the highlighted item.
Update Order Status
This option updates the Order Status, which is then reflected on the Radiopharmacy Requests screen.
The user can specify the status, record any notes and the expected delivery date.
Confirm Manufacture Plan
This option allows the user to plan how a Request will be met. This could be through manufacture (eg. Tc99m products), or by ordering from an external supplier.
The details to be entered are:
