Allows the user to create a set of tasks that must be performed by specific user levels.
The screen displays a list of tasks detailing:
| Details | task description |
| Repeat | how often the task is to be done |
| Levels | which security levels must do the tasks |
There is a drop-down for listing tasks for a specified security level.
Add a Task
Allows the user to add a new task.
The details that must be entered are:
| Details | description of the tasks |
| Repeat | how often the task must be repeated. Once, every x days/months/years, every month, every year |
| To be performed by all users | task is for everyone |
| To be performed by following users | the task is only for the specified security levels |
| Task is active | whether or not the task is in force and users are prompted |
Edit This Task
Allows the user to edit the details of a task. It is identical in operation to Add a task
Delete This Task
Allows the user to delete a task that no longer needs to be completed.
Calculate Missing Tasks
The option checks the currently configured tasks and adds/removes them to individual users’ task lists as appropriate. This can be useful after time periods have been reconfigured.
