System Lockout

Allows the user to force all other users that are logged in to log out and exit the system. The message to be displayed to each of the users can be entered. There is a list of all users currently logged in and how long they have been logged in.

Note that if a user is forced to exit IsoStock (i.e. system problem, power failure) the time will not be reset until they next login.

The users will be given 60 seconds to complete the option they are in. After this time, any data entry being made will be aborted as if they had clicked Cancel.

Note that there may be a delay of up to 60 seconds for each independent user before the countdown starts. This is because the system only checks for the lockout once per minute.

If the system needs to perform maintenance because of the installation of a new build, it will log all users out automatically.

Note that if two users log in under the same name, they will only be listed as one user, and the time displayed will be from when the second user logged in. However, both users will be forced to exit.

Note that whilst the system is locked, the login screen will differ from the norm, only allowing the supervisor to log in.

A maintenance window can also be set where users will be logged out during the set times.
