The limits exceeded report lists all occasions when a Permit limit has been exceeded or approached (within the percentages in Preferences).
The reporting period can be selected by Month/Year. This can be further filtered by Department or User, and can show optionally show approached limits.
Report includes:
| Date/time | date/time when the limit was exceeded |
| Reference | item that was being record when it happened |
| Detail | description of the limit being exceeded |
| User | the user that was making the entry |
| Message shown to/confirmed | department heads/deputy who have seen the message |
The report is printable.
Exportable to PDF/Excel/CSV/Clipboard to Excel/Word/email.
