The edits and deletes report lists all edits and deletes that have occurred.
The report can be filtered by Requests, Orders, Stocks (open sources), Waste, Consignments, Sealed, Non radioactive items, Dose administration.
Additional filters allow filtering by user (who made the edit) and time periods.
Most screens will show changed data as an option against the item in question, through the Show edits option. Viewing deleted data is sometimes not possible, as deleted items are not shown on the relevant screens. The Only show deleted data option will show just this information that isn’t linked on the individual screens.
Report includes:
| Ref/trans no | reference of the item changed – brackets show transaction number for that item |
| Area | type of data changed |
| Date | date the edit/deletion occurred |
| Time | time the edit/deletion occurred |
| User | user that made the edit/deletion |
| Reason | reason selected/entered by user (can be free text) |
The report is printable.
Exportable to PDF/Excel/CSV/Clipboard to Excel/Word/email.
