The transactions report lists all transactions relating open sources.
The reporting period is selected by Day/Month/Year.
Additional filters allow sorting to include
- Departments
- Users
- Radionuclides
- Type of transaction
- Free text search
The report includes:

| Quantity | quantity dispensed / disposed |

| Activity (units) | activity dispensed / disposed (in base units) |
| By user | user who made the transaction |
| Protocol | protocol that it was made under |
| Batch / lot | batch and/or lot number of the stock |
| Cat code | suppliers catalogue code of the stock |
| Project | project the stock was for |
While a transaction is highlighted, the View/edit button will show the entry screen. It is normally possible to edit from this popup screen.
The report is printable.
Exportable to PDF/Excel/CSV/Clipboard to Excel/Word/email.
