The report can be filtered by location, store or department.
The report displays

| Total | total number of sources in the area |
| Location check | number of location checks due |
| Loc due | date that the earliest location check was due |
| Leak test | number of leak tests due |
| Leak due | date that the earliest leak test was due |
| Calibration | number of calibrations due |
| Cal due | date that the earliest calibration was due |
The report is printable.
