Personal Settings

Users can configure personal settings to allow IsoStock to default to their preferred settings.

The options include:

Display

Default display settings available for lists

Option to show original quantity/activity instead of decay/use corrected values.

There is an Option to reset settings (either all, or specific settings, screen positions etc) to the defaults.

New entries

Default units for activityselected from available activity units as defined in preferences
Default units for quantityselected from quantity units as defined in preferences
Default units for spec actselected from specific activity units as defined in preferences
Default my department tochoose from the departments the user has access to

Option to show/hide information messages that are displayed after new entries.

Startup report

Option to show the Overview report at startup. This maybe disabled as it can be forced within Security.

There is an option to specify which of Standard or Additional information is listed first.

Label printers

The default printers can be specified for each label type when logged in to a particular computer.

From this option, a user can select the type of label and set to:

  • Use computer default
  • Ask when printing
  • Select a printer

The paper source (where applicable) can be set to:

  • Auto-select
  • Left or right

While logged in as Supervisor, defaults can be set for all users on the current computer.
